"Choreographed by acclaimed SDT Artistic Director, Donald Byrd, Nevermind explores the theater of danced narrative and 'the other' or outsider as a dramatic impetus. Evoking the music explosion of the 'grunge' era, Nevermind examines the music of Nirvana alongside the autobiographical elements of Kurt Cobain's music, writings and tragic death. Short Dances/Little Stories and I've Got the Wilis round out the evening's repertory."
